This translates to a hotter, more efficient burn, which means less wood pellets burned, fewer wood pellets purchased, less space needed for storage, fewer trips to the wood pellet hopper and less waste to clean up.

The hardwood pellets that carry the O’Malley Lumber name are made from 100% hardwood wood fiber; there are no additives or chemicals. Created with the remnants of the best quality hardwood, we aimed to create a low ash formula with high BTU’s.

Hamer Hardwood Pellets

Since the sawdust comes right out of our own sawmills and from other local, reliable sources, we can ensure the product meets our standards. With our on-site labs, we perform rigorous testing on every fifth ton of pellets produced to ensure a high-quality premium grade hardwood pellet fuel that burns hot and has very little ash.

Turman Hardwood Pellets

Our Turman Premium Hardwood Pellets are designed to ignite fast & easy, leaving no time for smoke. Produced from Appalachian grown Hardwoods, and cured in the natural air for many days before kiln drying and processing, our Wood Pellets are environmentally friendly, and contain no preservatives or chemicals. After all, nature always knows best.

Easy Blaze Softwood Pellets

EasyBlaze Super Premium Softwood Pellet Fuel is in compliance with PFI “Premium” grade standard. Due to its very low ash content (as low as 0.24%), our pellet is Super Premium. This is a huge deal to you as a stove owner because you’re cleaning your stove half as often compared to a premium grade pellet which has an ash content between 0.50% and less than 1.00%.

American Wood Fibers Softwood Pellets

Our softwood pellets produced from Eastern White Pine out-perform pellets from other softwood species such as Southern Yellow Pine. While some people may believe that hardwood pellets burn longer than softwood, in fact softwood fuel pellets and hardwood fuel pellets have the same density, so they burn for the same length of time. Our softwood fuel pellets will burn hotter and cleaner, produce on average half the ash, and have little to no clinkers in the burn pot compared to most hardwood fuel pellets.

Somerset Hardwood Pellets

The excess wood fiber and sawdust collected throughout Merrick Hardwoods’ flooring and lumber manufacturing process supplies our Wood Pellet Fuel division. Here, we produce premium grade clean-burning wood fuel pellets. More than 50,000 tons of wood fiber and sawdust are generated each year, instead of going to a landfill, we produce an economical and environmentally-friendly alternative energy source. This, in turn, helps decrease our country’s dependence on fossil fuels. Somerset brand pellets are sold across the U.S. through major pellet distributors and retailers for use in pellet stoves.
