Both people, John F and the young man working behind the key counter, were extremely helpful in explaining what I could get help with a sticking lock and giving me advice on getting my key repaired. I have also had positive experiences in the past when I went to get supplies for winter storms and for ant extermination products. Always very helpful!

If your looking for something this is the place to go to. Only thing has so many aisles & can't find a person to help. They should have something to enter item & say what aisle it's in. It is well stocked & clean.

I had such a pleasant experience here today. John Who works on the floor Was such a polite and helpful gentleman. He helped me find the pieces I needed to fix my desk, and was very thoughtful and packaging and accounting for all the pieces that I purchased. Thank you very much, John!

Quick update 8/31/24. Michelle saved the day for my Weber Grill that I purchased 4 years ago. She didn't try to upsell me and helped me get what I needed. I love this store because of people like her. You cannot get customer service like this elsewhere. Their motto is so true. Ace IS the place with helpful hardware folks! If corporate is reading this and they should....please give her a raise! She is priceless! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have everything you need or will order it for you. I prefer coming here than Home Depot. Very reasonable prices, too!

Very large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.
