Absolutely amazing experience!! I needed a copy of car key (with fob) that the dealership wanted an outrageous amount for. I was able to get the exact key needed less than half the price. And everyone from the manager who special ordered the right key to the staff person who programmed it were just outstanding. I haven't experienced such great customer service from any store in a very long time. 10/10 stars! Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience today, 4-7-26. The young ladies up front went over the top to help me. Definitely great chemistry in there, all smiles. Told them I owed them dinner if ever make it back out this way.

This is a nice little store. Probably one of the smallest Ace Hardwares I’ve been in, but the staff is very attentive and kind. The only thing that made the experience a little difficult was watching a customer be extremely rude to Emily the manager on duty. Someone else was assisting me on the other register, but the young lady was trying her best to process a return and the computer was giving her issues. The man she was helping was being very snappy and grabbing things from her hands roughly albeit her positive attitude. I really hope whomever owns the store shows appreciation to her and the rest of the crew here. I have seen employees quit over things like this. Edit: it’s nice to see owners actually reply to reviews but only responding to the compliment and not the fact that your staff was being treated horribly by a customer speaks volumes.

Ordered online for pickup. Price was great with additional discount for being a member. Picked up within a few minutes, they loaded the car, friendly and fast.

Very pleasant experience, I was greeted when I arrived, they asked if they could help me find anything, after I told them what i need i was escorted to the aisle where what I needed was. The cashier was very friendly and personable. They're just like the commercial very helpful!
