Great hardware store! Granted you might pay a bit more then the evil box store, but quality is at ace, and the sales people are like family.

Marlene and Greg in the paint department did everything they could to ensure that we got the best paint match for the samples we brought in. We used the paint today and the match was great! They were both so friendly and helpful. Other staff were nice as well in providing directions as we weren’t familiar with this large and well-stocked store.

I purchased a Blackstone Grill the weekend after Memorial Day, and they delivered it on Sunday, less than 24 hours after I placed my order. The service exceeded my expectations in several ways: * They delivered the grill fully assembled. * Instead of just dropping it at my door, they placed it on my deck. * They even handed me a battery for the starter, explaining that they often receive calls from customers who don't realize a battery is needed.
