what a great hardware store a big shout out to David “D” he’s courteous very helpful it was a breath of fresh air to have such a nice young man be so helpful , he helped me by bringing my ice melt to the car , i had foot surgery and i couldn’t get it on my own . Great attitude David thank you so much , I will definitely be back for any hardware needs and look for David to help out !!!

I have been a customer of this store for several years. This is my go to place for anything 'hardware'. The staff is always eager to assist me and help me find what I need, even when I don't know really what I need! The store is small, but it's inventory has everything I need and often including things that I did not find a the big name hardware store. The store has a 'mom and pa' feel and its service has always been personable and knowledgeable.

Bruce is nothing short of amazing. I never leave Costello’s Ace without knowing my next steps. Wish inventory levels were higher but if you have any questions, need any advice any guidance, go see Bruce.

Ask for Bruce the Manager. He’s always gracious, patient, and very knowledgeable is many areas on home projects. He took me step by step on a plumbing issue and I Aced the job.
