Friendly helpful crew and all the niche things for quick repairs and decor. Always ready for the season! So helpful if you need anything. We got keys made, water softener loaded in our car and a very hard to find Allen wrench. Even an offer to order a dryer pan they didn't have in stock. Love this store!!

It's always a pleasure going to Costello's Ace Hardware. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Store is clean and easy to find what you are looking for. Would rather go there than home depot.

Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after. Store selection was great as always, prices are fair - sometimes a little more than Home Depot/Lowes but worth it for the stellar customer service! Thanks Brandy! Thanks Ace!!

love this store, the new leadership is evident from the bright, clean and fully stocked store and garden center to the smiling faces that greet you as you enter and ask if you need help while shopping. The staff are so knowlegable in the different departments and will get help from another staff member if they do not know the answer. The variety of goods is great as well. They always have hard to find stuff.
